Did you ever try something new and take to it straight away? It’s fair to say that’s what happened when I called into a Warhammer store and painted my first miniature. That Space Marine has got a lot to answer for! My army is now rapidly taking over my spare time and the free space I have at home, and no…. it’s not a Space Marine army. As you can probably tell from the pictures on this site it’s currently Orks all the way for me, or should I say ‘all the Waaagh!’
I’m developing my painting and basing skills, investing many hours a week into assembling, customising, shading, highlighting and adding detail to all the miniatures, vehicles and terrain I can lay my hands on. Feedback is that I have already achieved ‘high tabletop’ standard and I’m incorporating new techniques every day.
So why are we here? I’m keen to expand my repertoire to incorporate more races across the whole Warhammer universe and beyond so why not share the love? Equally, those armies don’t come cheap!
